Three friends (a pair of clinical psychologists and a tech entrepreneur-strategist) came together to create DelWell with a simple but powerful mission: to bring clarity, depth, and empowerment back into the way we form relationships.
Across cultures, matchmaking has always been more than logistics; it's ancestral. In Persian culture, families gather for khastegari; in Jewish tradition, matchmakers have guided generations; in Indian communities, arranged introductions have shaped lifelong bonds. These rituals carried wisdom and intentionality—but often at the expense of individual agency, choice, and empowerment.
Modern apps flipped the script. They promised freedom, access, and efficiency, but too often left us with overwhelm, surface-level swiping, and little true alignment.
