Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use the platform for commercial purposes
Create fake or misleading profiles
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Share inappropriate or offensive content
Attempt to circumvent security measures

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant DelWell a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

Third-Party Services

DelWell may integrate with third-party services and tools. These integrations are subject to their respective terms and licenses:

Payment processing services
Analytics and performance monitoring
Communication and notification services
Professional therapy and counseling services

Limitation of Liability

DelWell provides the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

Note: Account deletion will permanently remove your profile, matches, and conversation history.
